From our first contact to Design Air for installing a whole house fan, to heater/ac maintenance and most recently the installation of a solar system we’ve been impressed. Paul’s team is the best. From my first call for service request Design Air was amazing. April was wonderful answered all my questions & so friendly. She was very helpful & flexible in scheduling my appointment. I live in a remote area & she helped me arrange meeting time with technician. Beyond that Paul was wonderful! I live off grid with both propane wall heater & tankless water heater both so old, parts no longer available. Paul did his best to find replacement part for heater. He sent me quotes for replacing both appliances, very reasonable & prompt. So grateful for finding this company. If you want knowledge, experience & friendliness in the company you do business with, I totally recommend Design Air!

A brand new 5-Ton Trane unit was just put in outside this morning with an all new furnace and other equipment in the attic...and it is SO QUIET compared to the old unit.

Fast...they were in and out in 2.5 hours and this place is now COLD.

I would highly recommend Design Air. They are a family owned business in the Inland Empire. When we first met Paul we knew that we were going to use Design Air. A few days before our install of our new unit our old unit went out, I called Design Air and Megan had Paul at my home in just a few hours, Paul replaced a part at "no charge" no service fee, he said don't worry we will be here this week to replace the unit Today his team came in on time they were all very nice, neat clean and all wearing N95 mask (covid 19). The service we received was above and beyond within hours our new unit was up and running and everything was neat and clean. Thank you Paul and Design Air
