I absolutely love this company. I've never had a bad experience and have always been treated respectfully. I recommended this company to a relative. It was my brother in law's grandfather who needed the work done. He had called a different company to come out first and they said he needed a new unit. Design air came out for a second opinion and fixed what needed to be fixed that day and saved the poor old man tons of money!! I recommend this company to anyone who wants honest hardworking people working for them.
